Schenectady Neil Golub, president and CEO of the Price Chopper supermarket chain, stood in the hallowed rotunda of Union College's Nott Memorial on Thursday and declared a new era of cooperation in Schenectady, a city that has seen its share of economic development projects undone by political infighting.
