QLD: Search resumes off Noosa for man feared drowned
A search has resumed for a 21-year-old man feared drowned off Noosa on Queensland's
Sunshine Coast.
Police say the Woombye man jumped off Oyster Rock in the Noosa National Park about
5.40pm (AEST) yesterday.
Friends saw him hit the water .. and called for help when he failed to resurface.
Police .. surf lifesavers .. and the Westpac helicopter were unable to find any sign
of him last night.
